Below are the prices for the individual packages on offer.

Personal training packages:

(maximum 3 personal training sessions per week)

Package 1 - Pay as you go:
Only pay as and when you train. A one hour session either at your home or a local park. This service is priced at £35.

 

Package 2 - Block of 5 sessions:

5 one-to-one Personal Training sessions to be used within 5 weeks. This package includes up to 5 weeks of session plans towards an agreed goal. This service is priced at £165 (saving you 5%)..

Package 3 - Block of 10 sessions:
10 one-to-one Personal Training sessions to be used within 10 weeks. This package includes up to 10 weeks of session plans towards an agreed goal, nutritional advice, a flexibility programme and 24/7 customer service. This service is priced at £315 (saving you 10%).

Package 4 - Block of 20 sessions:

20 one-to-one Personal Training sessions to be used within 20 weeks. This package includes up to 20 weeks worth of session plans and all shown within package 3. This service is offered at an incredible price of £595 (saving you 15%).

- As part of the service, I will travel up to 10 miles outside of Monmouth. For clients further afield, mileage can be negotiated depending on choice of package. Please get in contact to discuss in further detail.

Nutritional advice

Send me a 7-day food and drink diary recall for a full analysis on intake of saturated fats, unsaturated fats, protein, carbohydrates, fibre, salt, sugar, k/calories and hydration. Following this I will provide you with recommendations on your intake based on your specific physiology. The advice will be sent back to you through email within 5 working days. This service is priced at £55.

A one-month personal exercise plan:

Tell me your goal and a few physical measurements and I will plan for you a personal exercise training plan (that can be done at home) lasting one month based on the latest scientific research. This will be provided within 5 working days. This service is priced at £55.

Nutritional advice and a one-month personal exercise plan:

Combine both the Nutritional advice service and the one-month personal exercise plan service for a combined price of £99 (saving you 10%)

Private Personal Training

Get the most out of your workout with a one-to-one session.

As a Personal Trainer, I provide one hour training sessions that are specific to you and your goals. Not only can you expect a top class workout, but I will also provide you with nutritional advice, session plans, postural assessment/correction to enable pain-free and fluid movement, a flexibility workout utlising a combination of assisted and self-stretching, goal-setting and health assessments (if applicable). These sessions will take place either at your home/garden or a local park. All necessary equipment will be provided to ensure you have a great work out under my supervision and expertise. There are various packages that you can choose from (listed below) to allow total convenience for yourself. Please don't hesitate to get in touch today!

Nutritional Advice

Fuel yourself the right way to really optimise your health

If personal training isn't your thing but you are concerned about your diet, then I can help you. As a Nutritional Advisor all I ask is for you to complete and submit a 7-day food and drink diary. After emailing this to me I will complete a full analysis on every food and drink item, including the content of unsaturated/saturated fat, protein, carbohydrate, fibre, salt, sugar, calorie and water. After the analysis, an in-depth recommendation will be provided based on your specific physiology and goal. For more information check the packages below. This service is included as part of the personal training packages (block of 10 and 20). Postural Analysis

Move pain free and with ease.

Many people may have joint pain when moving and after intensive physiotherapy the pain still exists. For the sports performer he/she may need to correct a technique to make a particular movement more efficient, and for others they may be aware they have a postural imbalance, but not quite sure what the underlying cause is. No need to worry. After studying postural correction and maintenance, I can help with any posture abnormalities you may possess or be concerned about. This will utilise some of the latest scientific instruments to assess movement alongside regular exercises and stretching. This service is part of the block of 10 and 20 personal training packages (if applicable). Exercise Session Plans

Workout anywhere, anytime.

For some people, they are competent with exercising alone, however, they aren't sure what exercises to perform, how may sets, how many repetitions, what the recovery should be, and what exercises can relate to their specific goal. Not to worry, I can help you on this. I can set you a one-month training programme that is specific to you, for example, you may already be a member of a gym and want exercises to take with you, or you may just want exercises you can do at home. All that I require is your goal(s), where you want to workout, the times you can workout and your exercise preferences. From this I will set you a personal exercise training programme with all the techniques and tips to help you achieve. This service is part of the personal training package (block of 5, 10 and 20). My name is Ryan. I'm a fully insured REPS Master Personal Trainer and Nutritional Advisor, with a GP referral qualification allowing me to work with special populations including: asthmatic, diabetic, obese, osteoporotic, hypertensive and clients with other heart problems. I have a background of International European sprinting for Wales, Team GB and various professional athletics clubs around South and East Wales. Over the past two summers I have worked for an international soccer company in America called UK International Soccer. Whilst there I worked with a range of individuals from ages 4 to 18 years of age. In my spare time I enjoy singing, songwriting and playing the guitar. With this I regularly perform at local gigs and events across Monmouthshire. 

 

What sets me apart is that I understand that everyone is different and each individual will require specific bodily demands to help them progress, whether that is to lose weight, gain muscle, correct a technique or to tone a particular body part. Studying Physiology at University for the past 3 years has taught me that the human body is the most complex laboratory on Earth. Everyone will react differently to the same exercise. This is why it is important to choose someone who doesn't just acquire the qualifications, but most importantly has knowledge. Secondly, studying Psychology alongside Physiology has taught me that mentality will ultimately determine whether or not someone will achieve their goals. Research shows that 80% of people who do not achieve their goals never had the right mindset from the beginning. There are various techniques a Personal Trainer can utilise with their clients to ensure optimum progression. Anyway, enough about me, moving on!

This may be because of price, contracts, time consumption or location. This is where I can help you. I will bring all of the expertise and necessary pieces of gym equipment to you at your home, in your garden or to the local park. The truth is that many people believe that they need to be a member of a gym to have a real workout. This is as far from the truth as possible. With only a few pieces of equipment, most of which is already in your home, that can fit into a 2m x 2m area is enough to work every muscle/body part needed for you to begin achieving your goals!
